So is it going to be a lovely day?

Snowy mountains near to where I live

The sun is shining and I had a temazepam free night.

So bright as a button, I shall dig the car out of the snow and get some items I’ve sold on eBay off to the post box.

I got really stressed as I was trying to get the packages out but managed to get some breakfast that Susan had made for me last night. Overnight Oats.

The day progressed. I had a text off he doctors to ask me to text my blood pressure readings in by text for seven days. I was expecting this as I had mentioned to them that my heart felt like it was racing and my home measured blood pressure was high.

Looking back I may have been so stressed that it was affecting my blood pressure and heart rate. Anyway time will tell.

Taking my blood pressure at home is quite easy, the devices are a simple if you know what you are doing, which I did not.

Susan helped me out and I got what appeared some normal reading.

Normal readings is great but I wonder if I am just wasting the doctors time. Either way they doctor will look at the results in 7 days and be able to help or advise me.

So I got out of the house in what seemed like a month, took the car up the mountain and tried to beet some drone footage, unfortunately it was too windy and it looked like rain. The car got stuck in the snow but a bit of patient rocking and rolling got me out.

The car is AWD but that is not 4×4 plus I have poor tyres on it.

Got home safe and sound and just tried to tidy my work desk area. I wanted to some soldering practice kits with he soldering iron but I just ran out of time.

Evening meal came and went, we should be packing for our holiday break on Friday. We are going to go to somewhere in Yorkshire, don’t really know where I shall just punch the postcode into google maps and point the car in that direction.

Things have been so-so today, I’ve not been able to reduce my Buprenorphine in fact I am just about to have one now.

Which means I’m finishing this post off by saying ‘Good Night God Bless’ see you tomorrow. The term ‘Good Night God Bless’ was what my mum and dad said every night and is now engraved on their grave headstone.

I’m going for a Diazepam and Temazepam free night, we shall see.
