Quarter by quarter – Measuring the day

Snow and ice used to bring joy, alas that does not seem to be the case now. Waking with anxiety and dread are par for the course these days.

I used my CPAP machine machine last night however the two previous nights I hadn’t used it and I feel I actually got a better sleep without it however I think it best to use it. Got to nip out today to buy a present for Susan not for me, but the dog.

Bit concerned about the snow and ice, but I shall see how it goes

Dealing with snow and ice involves preparing (stocking essentials, checking heating), clearing (shoveling early/often, using salt/sand for grip, not water), walking safely (slow, short steps, proper footwear), and driving cautiously (slow down, high gear, gentle acceleration, keep distance) to prevent accidents and stay warm.

Susan have me this last night. There is a lot of sense in what it says as a Derren Brown may have suggested I am putting it in my mind. Well my screensaver as it may subconsciously help me.

Got back from my mission to get Susan a birthday card all went successfully just must have not to lose the present.

So with a mouth pills that’s the last quarter of the day.
