I have not looked up how long I can expect to be suffering physically from the withdrawal from lithium. I am day 12 and I have stinking headaches, aching all over and falling back to diazepam.

Diazepam has been on my repeat prescriptions so I have a few boxes, I have always thought that they would be my ‘get-of goal-free card’ however I AM taking them for pain. Also taking temazepam to help me to sleep.

I feel they may need to be looked at as they are not something to be leaned on for ever.

So my farm is to get to see the doctor and let them know that I’m struggling with these physical symptoms and see how it goes from there.

Life is pretty grim at the moment, but I’m getting there
